Explain how you would PREFER to access your email. For example do you use a mail client like Outlook or the native Mail app on a Mac? Or do you prefer to access it using a browser like Gmail or Yahoo mail?

What is your preferred calendar software or program?
Have you used Google Calendar before?
What type of phone do you have?
Describe which apps you use to access your mail & calendar on your phone
Do you currently have Microsoft Office on your computer?
If you don't have Office what are you using for a word processor, presentation and spreadsheet program?
What version of Office are you currently running?

Describe if you have an old version kicking around or if you're paying for a Office 360 membership or if you don't know just say that!
